Vietnam: Water Festival (Ooc Om Boc) in Sóc Trãng
This event reassembles around thirty pirogues to sail on the river of Sóc Trãng. The competition takes 2 days, starting on 14th day of 10th lunar month, until the 15th day of the same month. Each pagoda has its own pirogue. The longest pagoda is the one of Chùa Dỏi, it can be distinguished from others by a bat in the bow and it is carries be several hundred young people.
